perkify is an early-stage Canadian business based in Ontario. We build tools that help people get more value from their credit cards. Email: hello@perkify.ca.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, your email address and your answers to the form questions (such as your province and what you'd like help with). We also record which email consents you gave, the wording you agreed to, and when.

Cards and spending you enter in the calculator and Keep or Cancel are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. They are never sent to us. You can remove them anytime with "Clear my data from this device" or through your browser settings.

To manage the waitlist, email you about our launch if you agreed to that, and shape the product around how Canadians actually spend.

We use a small number of service providers to host this site, store waitlist information and handle email. Some of them store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We only share what each provider needs to do its job.

We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Before we add any, we'll update this policy and the date at the top.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Information is sent over encrypted connections and access is limited to the perkify team. If a breach ever creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we'll notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as the law requires.

We keep your information as long as needed to run the waitlist and launch, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing hello@perkify.ca. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
